Island charge – for deliveries to certain islands may be additional charge. For delivery costs of shipments outside of the mentioned areas please request separately before placing the order.
Land shipment deliveries on pallets will be more expansive and are being calculated with weight and volume of the complete order.
Additional taxes and tariffs apply for deliveries outside of the EU. Delivery costs, COD charge, taxes and tariffs are non-refundable.

Additional charge may apply for deliveries in EFTA countries and third countries.
Island charge will be in addition to the standard delivery costs but only for so-called island deliveries or similar outlying regions. Customs clearance is a fixed cost for certain deliveries and will be charged additionally.
Subject to modifications and errors. Special agreements can be made for bigger order volumes or collective orders, please request. Country specific fees such as taxes and tariffs will be paid by the buyer.

For invoices with a value of more than 500.00€ in addition we calculate 1% of the total amount for insurance.

Shipping costs include packing and logistics.

Availability of every product is marked with a green, yellow or red symbol.
Green symbol:
- product is being shipped within 1-2 working days
Yellow symbol:
- product is being shipped within 5-10 working days
Red symbol:
- product not available at the moment

Express shipment on request.

All other countries on request.
Due to dimension and weight some of the products can only be sent with other forwarding agencies, not UPS.
